Dr. Adam Schulhof, DMD
Co-founder & CEO
Dr. Adam Schulhof is a renowned orthodontist and entrepreneur known for advancing digital orthodontic care. After earning his dental degree with honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, he completed orthodontic training at Columbia University. A specialist in lingual orthodontics, he’s helped develop innovative technologies for the field. In 2019, he co-founded Grin, a remote orthodontic platform that enhances patient engagement and streamlines workflows. As CEO, he leads Grin’s mission to empower dental professionals with cutting-edge digital tools.
Pamela Oren-Artzi
Chief Operating Officer
Pamela Oren-Artzi is an experienced tech leader with a background in engineering, product management, and operations. She holds a degree in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas. Pamela began her career as a software engineer before moving into product and program management roles at companies like Apple and C3.ai. In 2019, she co-founded Grin and now serves as COO, leading operations and driving strategic growth in remote oral care.

Alon Lipnik is a seasoned technology leader specializing in scalable software architecture, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation. As Grin’s Chief Technology Officer, he oversees the company’s technology strategy, product development, and innovation, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for providers and patients. With a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance remote oral care, Alon plays a critical role in driving Grin’s technological advancements and platform evolution.
Grin was founded by an orthodontist who saw a better way to connect doctors and patients beyond the office. Passionate about advancing the specialty, we embraced innovation to meet the evolving needs of both providers and patients. As the industry changed, a challenge emerged—patients were drawn to DIY teeth straightening options, prioritizing convenience but sacrificing professional oversight.
